Your gift can honor your loved ones and friends at special occasions and times such as holidays, anniversaries, graduations, birthdays, or to celebrate the memory of a cherished and special person. You can be assured that your donation will be handled in a prompt and secure online transaction.

Remember those who have been, or who are special to you by pledging a gift in tribute of an exceptional person. Using our secure online form, your gift will trigger an alert to the individual letting them know you have made a donation to commemorate them. You choose whether to include or omit the amount of the gift in their notification.

By signing up, you can help generate extra dollars to support the work we do. Every time you use the credit card to make a purchase, our card issuer, Bank of America, will make an additional contribution to United Spinal Association at no additional cost to you.

Donations can be sent by wire transfer from any bank, directly into United Spinal’s accounts. Please notify us of the date and amount of the transaction as well as the name and address of the bank from which the transaction was made.
